In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Sir John Molesworth, Vice Admiral, states that two accounts for 1689 and 1690 were brought to the Comptroller's office, but the bills have not yet been made out as the Comptroller is not satisfied what rewards have been allowed to the deputies and it appears that none can be given without express orders from the Admiralty.
