Document signed by James Southerne, Secretary to the Admiralty, fl. 1690-1694.
Your wrote on 9 March about the convoy of Mr Taylor's ship with masts designed for Plymouth and which is now in the Texel. I am to advise you that there is a convoy coming over bringing the King and if Mr Taylor can join them he will have convoy to the Downs and when she has arrived she will not wait long for convoy to Plymouth.
