Petition of Thomas Marshall, late Commander of THOMAS & ELIZABETH from 1 April 1689 to August 1690. [petition as set out in doc 93]. [Footnote] At the Court at Whitehall on 14 March 1691, Her Majesty having been moved upon this petition, is pleased to refer it to the Commissioners of the Admiralty to give such direction as they think fit. [Additional footnote dated 18 March ] Referred to the Navy Board to give their opinion as what is usually done and to give their opinion to Admiralty Board Commissioners.
