In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You are directed, notwithstanding our letter of 19 March, to forbear sheathing and fitting the HINDS ketch (built by Mr Surgeon) for service in the West Indies. Instead, you are to have sheathed and fitted any of the new ketches building on the Thame, except the one building at Rotherhithe by Mr Castle and Mr Ralph.
