You are directed to have 6 weeks victuals for their Majesties' fleet, under the command of Admiral Russell (over and above the 4 months already ordered) to be provided and shipped on board the ships to be taken up so that they are ready to sail and accompany the fleet. You are also to have the ships now at sea with Sir Ralph Delaval, Vice Admiral of the Blue, supplied from Dover or this River so that they have on board as much of the 4 months victuals appointed for them.
