In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Admiral Russell has advised us by his letter of today, that he has daily complaints from the commanders of the fleet, that the provisions for the ships at Blackstakes are not sent down to them and the dispatch of the ships to sea is much hindered. We direct you to give notice to the Commissioners of the Victualling to hasten away these provisions without any further delay, and to request from them an account of which ships victuals are not sent away and when they will be sent down.
