In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

There are several ships now in the Downes with Sir Ralph Delaval viz., ESSEX, BERWICK, MONMOUTH, GRAFTON, EDGAR, SWIFTSURE, HARWICH, SUFFOLK, DREADNOUGHT, LYON, WOOLWICH, JAMES galley, PORTSMOUTH, and fireships SPEEDWELL, ROEBUCK , HOUND, SPY[?]. As soon as the ships now at the Buoy of the Nore have been paid, the Comptroller of the Navy should repair to the Downes and pay the ships there.
