Mr Taylor has asked that some frigate may be sent to the Texel to convoy a ship of his laden with masts for Plymouth. Their Lordships wish to know if Plymouth is calling for these masts and that a convoy should be appointed accordingly. I ask if you will also let me know which of the new ketches are already launched and in what readiness the rest are.
