In answer to your letter of 25 March about the convoy for Mr Walters' vessels at Portland and Purbeck laden with stone for the dock at Plymouth, the ASSURANCE, CHARLES galley and PHOENIX are ordered from the Downes as convoy for the vessels with the artillery going to Jutland. The Commander of the ASSURANCE has orders to send one of the ships to get those of Mr Walters and have them come out to join the convoy as it passes by. You are to give Mr Walters notice that his vessels may be in readiness to sail when the convoy appears.
