Samuel Foster is to be appointed Master Gunner of the GRIFFIN fireship, in place of the former Thomas Fisher made Lieutenant of the EAGLE. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 2 March 1691.
