We think it fit to confirm an appointment given by the Earl of Torrington on 20 June 1689, appointing Robert White to be Cook of the WARSPITE. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 2 March 1691.
