In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
William Russell, late Master Carpenter of the MERLIN yacht, is to be appointed Master Carpenter of the new 4th Rate building at Woolwich, as soon as she is ready to receive him. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 3 March 1691.
