Richard Hayden, Master Gunner of the CHARLES fireship, is to be appointed Master Gunner of the FLAME fireship. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 10 March 1691.
