We have confirmed the warrant dated 30 March 1689 given by the Rt. Hon. The Earl of Torrington, Admiral of their Majesties Fleet, to Lewis Rogers to be Cook of the DIAMOND. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 13 March 1691.
