Thomas Casement is to be appointed Boatswain of the fireship building by Mr Castle called the PHAETON. You are directed to enter him accordingly as soon as she is ready to receive him, together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself ad servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 17 March 1691.
