In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Richard Castle, Master Carpenter of the FANFAN sloop, is to be appointed Master Carpenter of the PHAETON fireship. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 18 March 1691.
