William Plume is to be appointed Master Gunner of the MARY ROSE, in place of the former made Captain of the SALAMANDER bomb vessel. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 19 March 1691.
