Richard Stumbles, Boatswain of the CHARLES fireship, is to be appointed Boatswain of the ETNA fireship, building by Mr Frame at Hull. You are directed to enter him accordingly as soon as she is ready to receive him, together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 19 March 1691.
