Richard Pouall, Master Gunner of the EXETER, is to be appointed Master Gunner of the ROYAL KATHERINE in place of former Captain Giles Shirley removed to the ROYAL PRINCE. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper His warrant is to be dated 23 March 1691.
