In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Richard Port, Carpenter of the ISABELLA yacht, is to be appointed Master Carpenter of the ST ALBANS in place of the former Jonathan Martin, made 2nd Lieutenant. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 23 March 1691.
