James Herbert is to be appointed Purser of the SHEERNESS, in place of the former Thomas Curtis removed to the MONTAGU. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 25 March 1691.
