In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Ordering the ADVENTURE which is currently building at Chatham and is shortly to be launched to be reduced to a Fifth Rate. The MARY Galley which is also ordered to Chatham is to be cleaned and refitted for service in the Channel together with four months' Victuals. The NONSUCH is to be urgently refitted at Woolwich for a voyage to Newfoundland and supplied with six months' dry Provisions and as much wet as she can carry.
