In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Companies of the SAMUEL and HENRY and the HANNIBAL having been turned over into other ships of the Fleet, some of the Men of the Fleet have been put aboard them in order to bring them up to Blackwall. The Crews of the above two ships are to be discharged the Service.
