Approving the number of Men and Guns proposed by the navy Board for the REBECCAH which has been hired for receiving Men. She is to receive six months' Victuals. The DUNKIRK and the DIAMOND together with the new Fourth Rate now building at Portsmouth are to be sheathed before proceeding on their voyage to the West Indies.
