In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Admiral Russell has ordered the ST ALBANS and the JAMES GALLEY to proceed to Plymouth and the PORTSMOUTH to Portsmouth for cleaning. An Order is given for all possible dispatch be given to their cleaning, storing and victualling. Officers in Yards are to be primed to the need for urgency in carrying out all works of a similar nature.
