Concerning Tallies and Orders for loan appointed for the Navy for large sums of money to be used for paying for Bills for Stores and other services including the care of sick and wounded Seamen. And instructing that the SMYRNA MERCHANT and the SWIFT Prize which are to convoy Transport ships from Bristol to Ireland are to be supplied with Victuals from Bristol and not from Milford Haven.
