In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Admiral Russell has informed the Admiralty that Rear Admiral [Skey] intends to proceed to Portsmouth to have defects in the ship's head attended to. An Order is given for every assistance to be given to the Admiral and for a record of the time that Workmen spend on the ship to be kept.
