We direct you to cause the Ketch ALDBOROUGH at Woolwich to be fitted for a voyage to New York and victualled for eight months for her middle complement of Men, with provision of proper specie for such a voyage.
We also direct you to cause the Fireship ROEBUCK to be fitted for Channel service at Deptford and victualled for four months or as much as she can conveniently stow.
