In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
In your letter of the 6th inst; you informed us that the business of the Navy at Plymouth has increased so much that it is necessary that the Company of the Hulk there should be increased to the number of thirty. We direct you to cause this increase accordingly.
We further direct you to cause the JUST Prize lately taken by the ST ALBANS and now at Deptford to be fitted out to sea as a Man of War, and victualled for three months or as much as she can conveniently stow, and that she be established as a sixth Rate with ninety Men and eighteen Guns.
