Mr Dummer, Assistant to the Surveyor of the Navy, has informed us that Thomas Love, Boatswain of the RUBY Hulk, and Humphrey Scott, Shipwright, a Quarter Man in Portsmouth Yard, did take extraordinary pains both night and day in the late work of weighing the ST DAVID, for which they deserve a reward.
