In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We direct you to cause a survey to be taken of a French Privateer, called the SUBSILE, lately seized by the CHARLES GALLY, and now at Sheerness, and give us your opinion whether she is fitting to be employed as a Man of War, and if so what number of Men, and number and nature of Guns will be proper to allow her.
