The Officers and Company of the EXETER, being acquitted at a Court Martial (excepting the Gunner) from being any way concerned in the unfortunate loss of the said Ship, we direct you to cause the Wages due to the Officers and Company (excepting the Gunner) to be forthwith paid to them.
