We direct you to cause to be applied to the payment of Wages, such sum of the Money which shall arrive by Tallys now in the hands of the Treasurer of the Navy of the Million appropriated by Act of Parliament, as is yet wanting to complete the proportion proper to the head of Wages out of the said Million.
