The Commissioners for Victualling have lately sent to this Board a Draught of Rules and Orders to be observed by them in victualling their Majesties' Ships of War. We are sending you a Copy thereof and direct you to consider this and Report to this Board where it differs from the Instructions that have formerly been given to the Victualling Commissioners, with your opinion what you judge best to be done for their Majesties service.
