Captain Meese, late Commander of the EXETER, has informed this Board that at the late blowing up of this Ship he lost all his Books and Papers, whereby he is unable to give in his Journals and other Papers directed by the Lord Admiral's Instructions.
We direct you, on the Captain certifying under his hand the loss of his Books and Papers, to cause him to be paid his wages.
