We direct you to cause the CONCEPTION PRIZE at Spithead to be furnished with such further quantity of Stores fitting for her on a voyage to Virginia, and also that she be supplied with eight month's victuals of species proper for that voyage.
We further direct you to cause the SWALLOW at the Buoy of the Nore to be immediately supplied with one month's victuals, to complete what she has spent of the proportion ordered for her designed voyage.
Also that the NORWICH, MORDAUNT and DIAMOND (now in the Downs) be furnished with victuals from Dover while they continue there, so that when they sail they may have the complete proportion of victuals appointed for them.
