Upon consideration of the account you sent us in your letter of the 19th this month from the Portsmouth Officers of the present condition of the NORTHUMBERLAND, in which it is proposed that she may be brought into the Dock, and in two Tides secured to be brought about to Chatham, we direct you cause this to be done accordingly with all possible dispatch.
