We have considered the Rewards proposed by Captain Carter in his letter to your Board of the 21st of this month to be allowed to several persons for the assistance given by themselves and vessels to the VANGUARD when she was lately onshore on the Goodwin Sands and in Sandwich Bay, and do approve of the same, and accordingly direct you to cause to be forthwith paid to the several persons undermentioned for their respective services on that occasion the Sums at their names expressed.
