We direct you to cause an allowance to be made to Doctor Jeremiah Butts, lately employed as Physician of the Blue Squadron of their Majesties' Fleet by commission from this Board, at the rate of twenty shillings per day, from the date of his Commission to the time the Ship he last served on-board was paid off.
