It appears by a Certificate from Captain Aylmer, late Commander of the MONCK, that the Lieutenant and twelve Seamen mentioned in the margin were by his Orders put on the Sloop INQUIRY which was taken by the French.
We direct you to make such allowance to the said Persons for the loss of their Clothes, as allowed by the Practice of the Navy for Ships taken by the enemy.
