We direct you to inform yourselves how far the Muster Masters appointed to their Majesties' Fleet this last Summer have performed their Duties, and report to us, particularly what number of Muster Books each of them have returned to your Office, with the names of the Ships for which the Books were, the time when each Muster was taken, and when the Books were received from them.
