In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
It appearing by the survey of the CONCORD PRIZE, now in the possession of the Naval Officers a Plymouth, that she is not fitting for service in their Majesties' Navy, we direct you to cause her to be delivered to the Officers of their Majesties' Commissioners for Prizes.
These Commissioners have applied to this Board, desiring that as any Prizes shall be made use of by the Navy they may be appraised as has been customary in former Wars, whereby they may know how to charge them in their Accounts.
We direct you appraise such Prizes accordingly.
