Ordering the CROWN, DOVER DEPTFORD and ST ALBANS, and either the MONTAGU, YORK or PLYMOUTH and two Fireships now with Sir Ralph Delaval as he shall direct to be forthwith victualled at Plymouth for a voyage southwards together with necessary Stores.
