Petition of the widow of [Blansh] Collwine late Gunner of the TIGER Prize who is applying for compensation for the loss of her husband following a shore engagement. On the reverse is a note dated 19th November 1691 referring the Petition to the Navy Board with a recommendation to grant relief unless there be any reason not to. [No date recorded other than date read].
