Concerning the Quartering, Mustering and Paying of the two Marine Regiments, including the number of Companies to be stationed at or near all of the major English ports. Guidance is also given on the ways in which Marine soldiers are to assist at the various ports, as is guidance on record keeping and their interaction with dockyard personnel.
