In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The Navy Board has offered advice on reducing fraud in ships in harbour under the supervision of Clerks of the Cheque. A Directive is given that all Commanders of ships in harbour must now attend Musters and make a strict record of all Men absent together with the Clerks of the Cheque. Other instructions given concerning the issuing and adjusting of Warrants.
