Captain Warren Commander of the WINDSOR - Commander in Chief of the ships bound for the East Indies has complained about the badness of their bread as shown in the enclosed letter. We do hereby direct you to take particular care that the ships bound for the East Indies be, with all possible dispatch, furnished with the provisions required, so that they not loose this opportune wind to proceed on their voyage.
