We direct you to sign the Bills for the pay due to the Rt. Hon. Edward Russell during the time he Commanded the Fleet from the date of his Commission 7th November 1693 and ending 28th of last month, the date of Sir George Rooke's Commission to be C in C of the Fleet; also you are to pay Mr. Russell £44 15s which he disbursed in his late journey to Deal to command the Fleet and his return to Town.
