In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Culliford Commander of HMS MAIDSTONE has informed us on the 3rd inst. From the Nore that her foremast is defective. We herby direct you to survey the cause and repair it if it can be done, if not supply her with a new one with all possible dispatch as the ship is under orders to protect the mackerel fishery off the South Foreland.
