The ships listed in the Margin (see below) are assigned for foreign Convoys. We direct you to re-provision them from time to time so that they maybe able to sail, fully provisioned, as soon as ordered. ( East Indies - 5 ships, Virginia - 7, Jamaica - 2, Leeward Islands - 2, Newfoundland - 2.).
